REFUND POLICY
EXCHANGES
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. You can replace it with a different size, color, or another product of the same value as per availability (if the price is greater, you will be prompted to pay the difference).
Please get in touch with us with your order number and the product(s) you wish to exchange, and we will help you out.
Please note that customized products cannot be exchanged.
RETURNS
We accept returns requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once the request has been accepted, we will pick up the product from your preferred location. Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
Once we receive the returned products, inspect them and approve the return, you can either opt for a refund or store credit.
Please note that customised products cannot be returned.
To return a product, get in touch with us with your order number and the product you wish to return.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the unlikely case of receiving a defective product, please send us an image of the product with an unboxing video and your order number to care@nirvanagemsandjewels.com. We accept defect exchanges within 7 days of delivery for all products offered by us. If 7 days have passed, do notify us and we will try our best to exchange it.
