Return and Exchange Policy

SIZE EXCHANGE

Exchange any product which has a size variation within 7 days of receiving it, please note the product has to be unused and in good condition.

A minimal logistic fee of ₹50 will be applicable. We cover 80% of the expenses here for you.

RETURNS

Returns Or Exchange and/or Refund Policy give buyers an option to return or replace the products purchased and/or refund is offered. You can contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange, as long as it is unused and in good condition. Kindly email us at care@nirvanagemsandjewels.com and we will guide you through the process.

If you opt for Store Credit, it will incur a reverse logistic fee of ₹90, you will get this credit within 48 hours of reverse pickup.

If you opt for a Refund to your Original payment method, a processing fee of ₹140 will be deducted. You would receive the balance amount within 3 - 5 business days after receipt & approval of the returned product. If you placed a COD order you will get a payout link for your refund in your preferred mode of payment.

DEFECTIVE/WRONG/MISSING PRODUCT

In the unlikely case of a defective, wrong or missing product. We will do the needful to fix the problem at no cost.

We will require an unboxing video in-case of a missing or damaged product claim as mentioned on the packaging as well.

We accept defective, wrong or missing product within 7 days of delivery for all products offered by us. If 7 days have passed, do notify us and we will try our best to exchange it.
