As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping).
We take great care in packaging our products safely yet if your merchandise arrives damaged, please mail us photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
